If you are ready to feel better than you ever have before, to get rid of your health issues once and for all, and to live the life you deserve, you have come to the right place.
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional therapy focuses on supporting the six Foundations: Diet, Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Essential Fatty Acids, Minerals, and Hydration. When the Foundations are addressed and imbalances are corrected, good health prevails.
Nutritional therapy is designed around the individual; no two protocols will look the same. After the assessment process, the client and practitioner work together to create a plan that includes nutrition and lifestyle changes and supplement support. While I, as a nutritional therapy practitioner, do not diagnose or treat disease, I do support my clients on their paths back to wellness.
Nutritional therapy can benefit people of all ages and walks of life. Consider nutritional therapy if you would like support with:
- Balancing blood sugar
- Weight loss or maintenance
- Managing pain and inflammation
- Increasing energy
- Improving sleep quality
- Reducing stress and anxiety
- Improving digestion
- Balancing hormones
- Boosting immune system
- Improving mental health
Although I left the classroom setting after ten years of teaching, I still consider myself an educator at heart. I now combine two of my passions, nutrition and helping others, as I educate clients on how to improve their health. Motivated by my own success improving various health conditions by changing the way I eat, I support those looking for a higher quality of life to transition to a whole foods, nutrient dense diet and to balance their bodies with the proper supplementation.
I received my certification in Nutritional Therapy in 2014 from the Nutritional Therapy Association. In addition to being a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I am also a Get at The Roots! weight loss instructor.
